Brisket

Flat Brisket
Liquid Smoke(if you have a smoker that would be best)
Blues Man or Dry Norton
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Montreal Steak seasoning
Celery salt 
Salt and pepper

Marinate by rubbing in liquid smoke and a 1/2 cup wine. Salt the meat and let it sit over night.  Sprinkle everything else on before it goes in the oven. Put the oven at 275, about an hour per lbs.

Serve with Blues man or Dry Norton, with loaded potatoes, some green veg and a roll!
